How to raise a complaint

  • Raise it informally with a coach where appropriate
  • If unresolved, write to info@galaxychronicle.com
  • Receive acknowledgement within 10 working days
  • The board reviews and responds in writing
  • Safeguarding concerns are handled immediately and separately
